- Enclose the form and accompanying CHECK (please, no cash) made payable to HBA PTF. Orders will NOT be processed without payment.
- BY FEBRUARY 15*, submit your form and payment in an envelope to your student’s homeroom teacher or nearest school front office. Label envelopes “PTF POLO SHIRT.”
- Shirts will be delivered to your student’s homeroom on or around the first week of March. *Additional orders will be placed given demand, stay tuned for more information on www.hbaeagles.org and in future newsletter announcements.
