Hawaii Baptist Academy Fun Fair 2011
Saturday, April 30th • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
We need your help!
The HBA Fun Fair is fast approaching. We need your help. The funds earned in our fun fair will benefit our students. In the past, they paid for part of the cafeteria seating, the smart boards in the classes, some of the library renovations just to name a few.
The fun fair also provides the school an opportunity to reach out to our community. It will be a showcase for our student and teacher’s as they entertain us during the fair. The public will see God’s work as we have fun and fellowship.
Shift and Donation Sign Up Online
The online sign up will close on Friday, April 22. After April 22, any additions or changes will have to be made by contacting the grade level representative.
The online sign up should be self explanatory. However, if you need step-by-step instructions, please

Fun Fair Parking
Parking for Fun Fair Workers--available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Kawananakoa Middle School
49 Funchal Street
Instructions: Please keep the parking stalls along Funchal Street open for the Drama Club and Faculty. Do not park in RESERVED stalls. HBA may park along Kuakini Street and on the grass.
Parking for Fun Fair Attendees--available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hawaii Baptist Academy
Instructions: Please park in the marked stalls only on both the High School and Middle School campuses. Free shuttle service is provided to and from the Fun Fair.
Honolulu Myohoji Mission
2003 Nuuanu Avenue
Instructions: Please use the parking stalls nearest to the entrance. Do not park beyond the cones. Myohoji has its own activities and needs parking for its clients.
Tenri Cultural Center
2236 Nuuanu Avenue
Instructions: Please park in marked stalls and grassy areas. Please keep the parking area clean.
Cathedral School
1728 Nuuanu Avenue
Instructions: Please park in the marked stalls only. No parking on court.

Every volunteer must complete and sign the "Volunteer--Release and Waiver of Liability" form. For a copy,

Silent Auction
We received many great silent auction items from our donors; however, we are still looking for more items, please email Julie Yi (

White Elephant
Please drop off donated items in good or new condition Monday through Friday, April 25-29 at the elementary chapel courtyard or high school lanai office with the label, "White Elephant Sale." Happy Spring Cleaning!
