HBA has 80 qualified, caring teachers who minister to more than 1,000 students. There are 25 teachers at the elementary campus, with 32% having advanced degrees, 15 teachers at the middle school campus, with 47% having advanced degrees, and 40 teachers at the high school campus with 55% having advanced degrees. The school has a proud tradition of alumni who return to teach. At this time, eight teachers are alumni. Twenty-three teachers have served more than 15 years at HBA.

Of HBA's 20 administrators, 50% have advanced degrees and five are alumni. Eight administrators have served 18 years or more, and eight served as teachers. Check the faculty and staff directory for e-mail addresses.
