HBA has 80 qualified, caring teachers who minister to more than 1,000 students. There are 25 teachers at the elementary campus, with 44% having advanced degrees, 15 teachers at the middle school campus, with 53% having advanced degrees, and 40 teachers at the high school campus with 53% having advanced degrees. The school has a proud tradition of alumni who return to teach. At this time, thirteen teachers are alumni. Twenty-six teachers have served more than 15 years at HBA.

Of HBA's 18 administrators, 44% have advanced degrees and four are alumni. Nine administrators have served 18 years or more, and six served as teachers. Check the faculty and staff directory for e-mail addresses.
