Tuition & Fees
Upon child's enrollment, parents are obligated to pay the full tuition and fees for the full academic year. No portion of tuition or fees or charges paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled in the event of a student’s absence, withdrawal or dismissal from Hawaii Baptist Academy. Your obligation may be cancelled by notifying Hawaii Baptist Academy in writing by June 25 prior to the beginning of the school year that your child will not enroll. Cancellation of your enrollment may also be subject to forfeiture of your reservation deposit.
Because we value your time, we are introducing “Continuous Enrollment” to simplify our re-enrollment process. By signing a Continuous Enrollment Contract by March 1, 2017, your child will remain enrolled every year until graduation. The enrollment deposit will be automatically deducted from your FACTS account on March 15 annually and your child will be guaranteed their space for the upcoming year. The benefit is that you will never have to sign another enrollment contract again!

The comprehensive fee is required in addition to tuition. It covers the cost of yearbook, testing, technology, programs and assemblies, transportation (field trips and athletics), the student newspaper, planner, handbook-catalogue, book rentals, BOB t-shirt (elementary), locker rental, special course supplies and materials, class scheduling and campus security.
For the middle-high school, the fee covers athletics, access and maintenance of the new athletic locker, grade level camps and varying elective course fees.
After School Enrichment Program
Grades K-6 $1,750
Tuition is payable either annually, semi-annually, or by installment
Tuition is payable in advance in one single payment on or before July 5 and includes a $150 prepayment discount (not applicable for financial aid recipients). Enrollment in the Tuition Refund Plan is optional.
Tuition is payable in advance in two installments. The first installment is one half of the tuition along with all fees and due on or before July 5. The second installment of the balance is due on or before December 5. This option requires enrollment in the Tuition Refund Plan.
Payments are divided into ten monthly installments from July 5 to April 5. All fees are included in the July 5 payment. This option requires a $150 handling fee per family and enrollment in the Tuition Refund Plan.
HBA assesses a $25 late fee and finance charge of 1.5% per month on all unpaid student account balances. Student accounts must be paid in full prior to the issuance of official academic transcripts or participation in graduation ceremonies.
