They enjoy surfing, hiking and traveling.

Q: What is your favorite memory about HBA?

A: I truly had a great experience all of my years at HBA; it’s difficult to pick just one memory. My top three would be: attending sophomore camp, being the school mascot (full-blown eagle outfit) for one volleyball game, and starting the wave with my best friend Kim Au during the homecoming game of our senior year.

Q: Who (teacher, staff or coach) positively influenced you and why?

A: One mentor that positively impacted me was Coach Keith. He was my head coach and helped me learn some hard life lessons. He always took the time to talk story outside of school and basketball. I could tell that he genuinely cared about my emotional and spiritual well-being, and he encouraged me to pursue my passions.

Q. What advice do you have for future alumni?

A: Come back to visit once in a while!
