Early Learning Center - Nuʻuanu

We are accepting applications for children aged three and four, with priority given to those turning three years old by January 1, 2025. 

All children meeting the age requirement must be toilet trained and self-sufficient in caring for themselves.

Please contact the Early Learning Center Admissions Office for more information. Decisions regarding age requirement are subject to review, and exceptions may be made as deemed appropriate by the Admissions Committee.

Students for our Early Learning Center are selected on the basis of performance on the developmental test administered by HBA, teacher recommendations and current progress reports. Due to the limited enrollment in each grade level, only those students who demonstrate a potential for success with our school programs are admitted.

After all data are evaluated, notification of the admission decision will be made. Applicants will be notified of decisions by mail on or before February 14, 2025 following the assessment. 

Upon acceptance, a $500 deposit is required. Admission notification continues as long as there are vacancies. Students on the Wait List will be notified when an opening occurs.
