All kindergarten girls should be five years old by September 30, 2021.

Please contact the Admissions Office for more information. Decisions regarding age requirement are subject to review, and exceptions may be made as deemed appropriate by the Admissions Committee.

Step 1: Complete the application and submit all documents through Ravenna (due January 15)

• Submit Birth Certificate
• Submit application
• Submit application fee

Step 2: Submit supporting documents through Ravenna (due February 26th)

• Submit Progress Report or Report Card
• Submit Teacher Reference Form(s): grades 1-4 submit 1;
• grades 5 and 6 submit 2 (language arts and math teachers)

Step 3: Attend scheduled interview session

Step 4: Attend scheduled admissions testing appointment

Students for Kindergarten are selected on the basis of performance on the developmental test administered by HBA, teacher recommendations and current progress reports. Due of the limited enrollment in each grade level, only those students who demonstrate a potential for success with our school programs are admitted.

After tests results, recommendation forms, interview, school report cards and all other pertinent data are evaluated, notification of the admission decision will be made. You can expect to receive a decision letter from us according to the following timetable:

Kindergarten:
Decision letters mailed out no later than April 22, 2021.
Date to reply: May 10, 2021.

Admissions notification continues as long as there are vacancies. Students on the waiting list will be notified when an opening occurs.
