Kelli Rakta-Ueoka
Founded by HBA alumna Kelli Rakta-Ueoka ’99, Charm School Hawaii creates one-of-a-kind charms that turn everyday items into personal treasures. What began as a fun creative hobby quickly grew into a local small business, with pieces inspired by craftsmanship, individuality, and a love for meaningful design. Each charm is carefully handcrafted, making every item unique and full of personality. This year is especially meaningful for Kelli and her family as they celebrate becoming an HBA Alumni Legacy family, with her son graduating as a member of the Class of 2025.
