Tom Yang, known musically as DJ Tom Slick, is a current HBA parent whose wife, Kellie (Murakami) Yang, is a proud graduate of the Class of 2002.

DJ Tom Slick has been entertaining crowds for more than 20 years, bringing energy, professionalism, and a diverse musical style to every event. He launched his career in the vibrant Los Angeles nightclub scene, performing at some of the city's most popular venues and earning a reputation for keeping dance floors packed all night long.

After marrying Kellie, Tom relocated to Hawaii, where he continues to share his passion for music and live entertainment. Over the years, his career has expanded beyond live performances, including recording contributions to albums by two K-pop artists, sharing the stage with a variety of different local Hawaii artists, and showcasing his versatility and dedication to the music industry.

Today, DJ Tom Slick specializes in creating unforgettable experiences for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special celebrations. With decades of experience, an extensive music library, and a natural ability to read the crowd, he expertly crafts the perfect soundtrack for every occasion.
