Dana Sato

Dana Sato is a 2000 alum of Hawaii Baptist Academy. He attended University of Northern Colorado with his B.A. in elementary education with an emphasis in Earth Science. He met his wife, Kristin, there, and they have been married for 13 years this July. They have two daughters, Kinsey (10) and Austyn (8). Dana has been teaching 5th grade at HBA for 17 years.  He first started teaching in 2005 and taught Language Arts for 6 years, and has since switched over to teach Social Studies and Science. Dana absolutely adores his wife and kids and spends as much time as possible with them in the ocean or playing sports. He is an avid fisherman/diver/boater, constant prankster and jokester, and aside from the ocean enjoys other hobbies such as camping, skiing, hiking, and detailing cars on the side.
