Justin Matsukawa

Justin T. Matsukawa is a 2005 graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy and is now the General Manager and Partner of Aloha Creamery. Based in Aiea Shopping Center, Aloha Creamery is a snack shop that creates frozen treats similar to guri guri in the form of soft serve and frozen cups along with various out-of-the-box popcorn flavors. Justin creates everything from scratch and continuously creates new flavors.

In addition to running Aloha Creamery, Justin works for his family businesses doing real estate and mortgages at Primary Residential Mortgage & Engel & Volkers Honolulu. He is a Senior Loan Officer at the mortgage bank and was voted #1 Mortgage Loan Officer by Star Advertiser in 2023. In his spare time, Justin is on the executive board of the Hawaii Restaurant Association Educational Foundation where he helps high school students, who are passionate about cooking, develop their culinary skills.
