May I make changes to an order I just placed?
Changes to your order may be made with the Institutional Advancement Office. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order.
Will I be able to exchange or return my purchase?
Please email email@example.com to replace items that are defective or damaged, or to cancel an order that has not been received, or to exchange an item. Exchanges are contingent on availability. Returns will not be accepted.
How will I receive my Alumni Shirt?
There are three options for receiving your order:
Pick up at the Institutional Advancement Office. Your will receive an email from our office when your order is ready for pickup. Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Pick up at Alumni Week events.
Shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). 1 Alumni Shirt - $7.00, 2+ Alumni Shirts - $14.00. Please make sure your shipping address is appropriate for USPS deliveries. Expedited shipping services will not be available.
Is there a way for me to track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the USPS tracking information.
