It has been a long 4 years since we hosted our last PTF fundraiser. So many families have experienced big changes as we were all constantly forced to adapt and pivot. One of the things we missed most was the opportunity to fellowship together. This year we are excited to partner with the Elementary Campus to host the Bubble Run.
This year the elementary campus and the PTF hope to raise $50,000. The proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards a new playground on the elementary campus as well as various other student activities and learning at the elementary and to the PTF. The PTF will also be using the funds to continue to provide grade level fellowships as well as funding other events throughout the school year, like our annual PTF kickoff dinner, events at the Middle School and High School, Teacher Appreciation Lunch and end of the year Service Awards. Mahalo for your consideration.
Blessings,

A New Playground by Us and For Us
FUNDRAISING GOALS
The students set a goal of $50,000 to go towards a new playground, student support and the Parent Teacher Fellowship!
New Playground
This year, our student council researched, designed, and presented their ideal playgrounds to administrators. The projected cost to order, ship and install a playground like this in Hawaii is about $200,000. With your continued support, these students seek to make their dreams a reality - one that will bless students at the elementary school for years to come.
Student Support
Funds to support students include such things as renting equipment for special events, to purchasing prizes and awards for students, to buying materials for special projects, paying stipends for special guests and providing financial support to implement new learning strategies to reach all students.
Parent Teacher Fellowship
The Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) plays an integral role in building a strong community at HBA. In lieu of the annual fun fair, the PTF coordinated with the Elementary to host this year's Bubble Run. A portion of the funds raised will help the PTF sponsor school events that bring people together.
