Brandon Lee

Brandon Lee is a “lifer” of HBA, attending all the way from kindergarten until graduating with the Class of 2006.

Upon graduation from HBA, Brandon went on to attend Kapiolani Community College, earning his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. His culinary journey started at Zippy's, and from there, took leadership roles at The Pig and the Lady and MW Restaurant. An opportunity presented itself in 2021, and thus, Double Fat Ice Cream was born. Celebrating its one year anniversary in 2022, he also unveiled Double Fat Fried Chicken, which is a quarterly pop up of delectable chicken sandwiches, which Brandon hopes to become a full restaurant soon.
