Regular Registration (February 18 - May 1): $1,350 

The registration fee for this event will be divided equally into thirds and automatically deducted from child’s Tuition Management account on the following dates: 

Payment 1: March 5
Payment 2: April 5
Payment 3: May 5

If you do not want these payments charged to your Tuition Management account, please email cyasutomi@hba.net by February 17. 
 

A special behavior contract has been created for this event, which states that all students who plan to attend must have at least a C in Citizenship for the third and fourth quarter of the 22-23 school year. All students who will be participating must sign this contract. Students who are not able to meet this requirement will not be allowed to attend, and no refunds will be issued. Please review this document carefully. Any questions should be brought to the attention of the vice principal before signing the contract.

• 6:30 a.m. Depart for snorkel tour
• 7:30 a.m. Snorkel Tour. Breakfast and lunch included.
• 12:30 p.m. Return to harbor. Shopping in downtown Kona.
• 2:00 p.m. Depart for airport
• 3:00 p.m. Arrive at airport. Dinner on your own.
• 6:25 p.m. Depart KOA
• 7:15 p.m. Arrive HNL
• 8:00 p.m. Depart for HBA
• 8:30 p.m. Closing Ceremony (group hug)
• 9:00 p.m. Dismissal

*Due to unforeseeable circumstances that may arise, this schedule is subject to change at any given time.
 

• Students may bring 1 carry-on sized bag and 1 personal item (i.e. backpack, purse, etc.) on the airplane. 
• Bags must be no larger than a standard carry-on bag (9 in. x 14 in. x 22 in.). All bags MUST have a name tag securely attached. Only soft duffle bags will be permitted. Suitcases with wheels, handles and hard edges are not allowed due to limited space on the bus.

We will be participating in a snorkel tour hosted by Body Glove. All students will be participate by riding the boat. Swimming is optional. Please download and complete this waiver for the vendor. Also included: 

• Breakfast, BBQ burger lunch, sodas, juices and snacks
• Snorkel gear, instruction and flotation toys
• Plenty of shade, fresh water showers, and restrooms
• 20 foot water slide & 15 foot high dive platform
• Double wide swim steps
• Excellent chance of dolphin or other marine mammal sightings
• Approximately two hours of snorkeling in the Red Hill area (not Kealakekua bay)
